- Customer will need an active email address and a contact number which can be used for making a contact as necessary.
- Customer is solely responsible for providing the correct billing and delivery addresses. Delivery will take place only at the delivery address specified by customer during the ordering process.
- Order once placed can only be cancelled within 60 seconds of placing the order.
- We put our utmost efforts to have your order delivered within the delivery time provided. However, please note the delivery time provided by us are only our best estimates and the actual delivery of your order may be delayed sometime. Any delays made by the delivery service is beyond our control and our liability.

Refund and cancellation policy
Any cancellations to the order shall be made before the order is sent for shipping, to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the product is being shipped. Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject:” Cancellation Request” and sent to mirchichapra@gmail.com.
Refunds can take upto 5-7 working days to reflect into the customer’s account and all uncertainties depends on the banking system.
Shipping Policy
"Mirchi " will deliver the order to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order at mirchichapra.com . Our delivery person shall call you on the number provided while placing the order. "Mirchi" will not be responsible for any wrong information provided while placing the order which might result in failure of delivery. In case of failure in delivery due to problems mentioned below, the refund for the order will not be initiated as per our "Refund Policy" So we request all our clients to provided to the perfect address possible so that we can reach you without any hindrance. "Mirchi" will not be responsible if the order delivery failed due to the following:
- Unable to reach the customer due to problem at customer end.
- No one is available at the delivery address.
- The time of delivery is beyond our delivery time.
- Delivery address is outside our delivery zone.
